The CVC Series of vertical cartoners are designed
with today’s manufacturing environment in mind.
The CVC vertical cartoner is a fully “convertible”
machine that offers the ultimate in flexibility with a
very large carton size range and a wide array of
standard filling options – hand load, volumetric filler,
product belt feeder(s), auger fill, net weigh scale interface, and tilt tray conveyor for automatic pouch loading. The all servo driven design makes the machine easy to clean, maintain, and changeover between carton sizes, speeds, and product fill options. The CVC vertical cartoner accommodates a wide range of products and industries from pet food, pasta, rice, and confectionary to detergent, kitty litter, and industrial components.

The HCM line of Horizontal Cartoners are full featured,
flexible machines designed to meet today’s
customers wide variety of product cartoning
requirements. The HCM cartoner is a continuous
motion machine built on a rugged steel frame that
is easy to clean, maintain, and set-up.

The HCM series runs the largest carton range in the industry
and can be provided with special product collation
and load features to meet each customer’s unique
specifications. Product applications include bag-nbox, stick pouches, frozen dinners, crackers, cookies,
and pizza.
